Easy 14-Day Returns

 

We want your experience with Tenderness Here to be completely satisfactory. If you change your mind about a purchase for any reason, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of your return. Damaged or Faulty Items

Please note that, although our team processes refunds quickly, the time it takes for the balance to appear in your account depends on each financial institution as each has its own processing times.
